Key Accounts Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced, motivated, and goal-oriented Key Accounts Manager to join its EU Expansion team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting Polish online sellers to our client’s marketplace and supporting them in expanding their businesses both in Poland and across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new strategic business partners to collaborate with our client’s marketplace in Poland.
- Developing relationships with Polish strategic sellers, assisting them in the registration process, product listing, and participation in international programs such as Prime and FBA.
- Enabling selling partners to master our client’s tools and systems to manage their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
- Achieving business and financial objectives while driving the growth of the third-party business in selected product categories.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the marketplace experience for all sellers through scalable solutions.
- Sharing insights with global counterparts and collaborating with international teams on cross-functional projects to enhance customer and seller experiences.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluency in Polish and English (verbal & written).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical skills (including advanced Excel and database analysis).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
- Motivation and decision-making abilities in a highly dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in retail, technology, or e-commerce is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
