Cpl are working as the exclusive recruitment partner to support one of our legacy client partners to support them in sourcing and recruiting a Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement or Process Excellence Specialist for their manufacturing site in Dublin 24

Reporting directly to the site General Manager and working closely with numerous stakeholders across the entire site, this is a full-time perm job opportunity to join a Legacy Brand and Global #1 in the Chemicals and Adhesives industry.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Developing a portfolio of projects to deliver on waste reduction and simplification targets.
As the site Lean Manager, you will take a lead role in the Fostering and Development of the Lean Culture
Focus on leading continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, operations across the site.
Taking the lead role in leading CI projects and facilitating the set-up of cross functional groups and teams
Leading and implementing waste removal projects across both Bulk production and Fill /Pack production areas.
Coaching and mentoring Green belt projects which support the waste project initiative.
Reporting on status of the waste reduction programmes and delivering regular updates to Senior leadership team.
The Lean Six Sigma Manager will work with key operations personnel and multiple stakeholders across the business to understand the processes, perform deep dives to identify sources of and root cause for losses and identify and implement measures to reduce waste across the manufacturing value stream.
As the sites Lean Manager and SME, you will identify, scope and deliver several projects focussing on waste reduction and mentor associated green belt projects which contribute to the overall waste reduction initiative and improving OEE, Yield and plant output.
The candidate should be comfortable following a structured improvement project methodology, performing data analysis, working alongside all of the team on the production floor as well as all other stakeholders and the site leadership team.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have the following -
Lean/ Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification
Third level qualification in a Scientific or Engineering discipline
At least 5 years proven experience leading continuous improvement projects in Electronic or GMP or other regulated industries
You will have a deep understanding of LEAN concepts and continuous improvement principles is essential (i.e. 5S, SMED, OEE, Just in Time, Tact principle, Six Sigma, etc.)
