Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a global organisation in recruiting a 2 year FTC Learning and Development Specialist for a busy area of their business.
Role and responsibilities:
- Collaborate and Partner with SMEs to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning interventions
- Support the Learning & Development (L&D) by planning, execution, and successful rollout of all learning initiatives.
- Ensure that project milestones are met, and deliverables are aligned with the broader project goals.
- Support, create and implement strategies to maintain ongoing learning around new processes and procedures
- Collaborate with project leads, SMEs, and experts to deliver a variety of L&D interventions that ensure continuous upskilling and knowledge retention.
- Assess the effectiveness of the learning programs, utilising feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvements and ensure that learning objectives are achieved.
- Support the integration and ongoing maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant tools
Skill and experience required:
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skill
- Passion for using your expertise to develop innovative solutions that add value to the business
