In Ireland, they have a sales office and a distribution centre located in Drogheda, Co Louth.
Who you are...
You have a successful track record in customer care and administration in a similar sector. You have experience in handling a high volume of inbound customer requests via phone, email and ticketing systems. In this role, you will aim to provide professional and high-standard client-partner service, efficiently working across multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality service.
Training will be provided however experience in Customer Care is imperative.
Responsibilities
- Booking sales and promotion orders for his/her accounts; monitoring outstanding orders and delivery times
- Processing customer order data in SAP and CRM and ensuring that the service runs smoothly
- Reporting and analyzing complaints
- Communicating with the logistics team to ensure on time delivery to customers
- Ensuring optimal, efficient and qualitative execution of the work
- Developing a knowledge of the company’s products, facilities, website, policies & procedures
- Maintaining & updating the customer database
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Third-level Qualification is preferred
- Experience in handling high-volume inbound requests via phone call/email/ticketing system
- Good verbal and written communication, and fluency in English (Spanish fluency is a plus)
- Essential verifiable work references
