Your day to day
- Lead a team of 7-10 Vendor Managers, focusing on team growth, coaching and development.
- Own and drive EU-wide program, manage performance metrics and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and EU stakeholders.
- Drive ad-hoc leadership projects contributing to the department and teams’ success and growth
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and proven ability to develop and manage relationships, drive results and maximize the business growth opportunity, all in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Further developing abilities like critical thinking, consensus-building and system navigation to strengthen the team's mission
- Engaging with stakeholders through transparent communication, training, mentoring and inclusive projects
Required Experience
- Fluent level of English. Languages like Italian, German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, more than welcomed
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in people management
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a customer facing role (retail, e-commerce ideally)
- Experience in managing projects or programs with regional complexity
- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a changing and fast-paced environment

Salary starts EUR 2,400 gross per month
