Manufacturing Team Lead – North Dublin 40-42k base
Multi-national manufacturing company who pride themselves on excellent quality, and energy efficient products and procedures. Due to continued business growth, there is now an immediate job requirement for a Manufacturing Team Lead. The job requires the Team lead to manage a group of unionised manufacturing Operators control and support Production Manager in developing all aspects of production, engineering, health, safety and environmental and other activities at the site.
The successful candidate will have;
• Circa 5 years’ experience in an engineering, fabrication or high-volume manufacturing environment.
•Industries that will be considered are Plant and Engineering, Fabrication, High Volume Manufacturing, FMCG, Chilled or Frozen Foods, Brewing, Distilling, Petro Chemicals, Chemical Engineering or GMP controlled Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
•You will have demonstrated the ability to lead teams of unionised manufacturing personal, as well as site service providers including security and 3rd party engineering contractors.
• Team lead must be able to multi task and have a proven track record.
•Health and Safety experience would be an advantage.
•Excellent communicate and Interpersonal skills are essential for this job.
•Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
•Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office (Word, excel and MS Project), SAP (MM and PM)
