Position: Marketplace Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling Partner Management: Manage a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners, developing individual strategies and managing timelines.
- Business Analysis: Produce actionable insights using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
- Consultancy: Leverage your products knowledge to consult Selling Partners on growth opportunities and business impact.
- Operational Support: Guide Selling Partners through strategic plans and help overcome operational challenges.
- Relationship Building: Gain the trust of Selling Partners through close collaboration and delivering results.
- Coaching: Educate Selling Partners about our Client’s solutions and enhance their knowledge.
- Recruitment: Identify and engage prospective Selling Partners for our services.
- Business Reviews: Prepare and present performance deep dives to discuss business progress and strategic plans.
- Expertise Development: Own a specific subject within our service organization to support peers and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree is a must. Candidates pursuing a master’s degree are welcome.
- Experience: Professional experience preferred, especially from top firms like E&Y, Deloitte, or in business consulting with strong data skills.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SQL is essential.
- Ambitious Graduates: Graduates with more than one year of experience and completed internships are encouraged to apply.
- Top Universities: Ideally, candidates will come from top universities in Poland with degrees in Economics, Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- Interest in E-Commerce: While experience in e-commerce is not required, a strong interest is essential.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a consultancy approach are key.
