Role: MBBS Clinical & Practice Administrator
Duration: 2 x Months (possibly extension)
Location: West London
Rate: £18.72 per hour
We are working with a world leading medical university in London and they are looking for Administration support to join their MBBS team.
Responsibilities:
§ Assists the overall CPP Academic Leads in coordinating the contribution from CPP modules to integrated MBBS assessments in each of the programme.
§ Assists the CPP Deputy Academic Lead in recruiting question and station writers, markers and standard setters.
§ Supports Module Leads in the preparation and submission of examination questions and materials for Applied Knowledge Tests (AKT) and Clinical and Professional Skills (CPSA) stations.
§ Assists on-the-day at MBBS AKT and CPSA assessments and other MBBS events.
§ Works directly with CPP Module Leads and CPP tutors to provide teaching administration for specified modules.
§ Uploads and maintains module content and materials on Moodle and in ASR (Academic Student Record).
§ Works collaboratively with the Module Leads to adapt resources for the eLearning environment, such as turning PowerPoint presentations into interactive learning activities.
§ Point of contact for queries and troubleshooting during CPP teaching sessions from 08:30am each Thursday and Friday during term time.
§ Assists the CPP Coordinator with the preparation and distribution of resource materials for tutor training.
§ Provides on the day assistance at tutor training.
§ Collates and reports absences submitted by CPP module leads, CPP tutors and contributing teachers and ensures submission into the Medical School’s Academic Student Record.
§ Liaise with the MBBS Curriculum Team and wider MBBS EASE teams, to facilitate tasks and student support.
§ Provide cover for MBBS CPP EASE colleagues, when required.
§ Service relevant committees such as CPP Module Management Groups.
