Multi Task Attendant - Ophthalmology Technician
My client, a public sector body seek to hire a Multi Task Attendant - Ophthalmology Technician for a 3 month temporary contract initially. This position will suit someone immediately available. This is an onsite role.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting Patients regarding appointments
- Performing preliminary exams and tests
- Cleaning and maintaining ophthalmic equipment
- Supporting the Consultant Ophthalmologist
- Administering medications and topical treatments
- Answering patients' questions and encouraging healthy habits
- Assisting patients
- Full Training will be provided
Requirements:
· Ophthalmology / Optician work experience (advantageous)
· Clinical department experience (advantageous)
