Main duties:
- Report for duty, on time, dressed in correct uniform, to required standard.
- Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the resort at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Responsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties.
- Front Office duties including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out of guests.
- Managing the team of Night Porters and their nightly tasks
- Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel.
- To have a friendly attitude, be welcoming and friendly with all guests
- To be familiar with and adhere to the operational standards of the department.
- To provide the guests at all times with the highest level of guest care and personal attention.
- Where possible to anticipate guest needs and initiate actions.
- To be aware of safety in the workplace, ensuring that your actions do not cause accident or injury to anyone.
