Customer Service Rep / Travel Advisor with Norwegian language
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing person who likes dealing with people via phone and chat. No prior experience is necessary, just a genuine interest and a helpful and collaborative nature!
Your Responsibilities:
- Be the 1st point of contact via phone and chat
- Advise on flights, products, membership programs etc.
- Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
- Support customers with travel difficulties.
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian (no less than a C1 level) and English (B2-C1 level)
- Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
- Active listener and able to communicate clearly.
- Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
- Available to work from our office in Warsaw.
