Temp Office Assistant, based in offices in Tullamore, Co Offaly
Part-time or full-time
- Will be 35 Hours per week
- Immediate start
- Temporary position –inital 3 month contract.
- €19 per hour
Duties include:
- Compliance management
- Invoice Verification – verifying scanned/emailed invoice data covering Ireland areas
- Updating rosters
- Matching invoices to Purchase orders; investigating and communicating with Buyers and vendors to resolve queries
- Reviewing files and updating the database accordingly.
- Data entry and Data management
- Record management
- Updating files - contracts, staff files,
- General clerical work e.g., filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with queries and emails.
- Maintaining confidential and high-quality records in a thorough and organised manner.
- Processing client information at the highest level of discretion.
Job Requirements:
- 2 year administration or clerical experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
