Office Assistant – 6-month contract
· High likelihood of extension
· Offices based in Dublin 2
· Part -time initially 25 hours per week (Tues, Weds and Thurs)
Exciting opportunity to join an International US tech company with offices based in Dublin 2, huge expansion and exciting growth.
· Provide administrative support for daily office operations
· Manage general office maintenance, ensuring a clean, organised and well-functioning workspace
· Handle correspondence, including email, phone calls and scheduling meetings.
· Maintain office supplies and equipment to support smooth operations
· Coordinate basic facility upkeep, reporting any maintenance issues
· Support staff with general administrative tasks as needed
· Arranging and organising travel for staff, and point of contact
· Ensure compliance with office procedures and health & safety guidelines
· Proficiency using productivity tools and software including MS teams and office 365
The candidate:
· Experienced office administrator with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
· Efficient and detail orientated, ensuring smooth office operations and maintenance
· Strong communicator, adept at handling correspondence, scheduling and liaising with staff
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management
