Overview:
Manage daily operations for a Ladder Sales and Scaffold Hiring company reporting to the CEO. Ensure smooth operations, identify growth opportunities, and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

- Background in construction, facility management, or service industry.
- Proven success in operational improvements and growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with scaffolding and ladder industry is a plus.
Work Environment:
Based in Glasnevin with travel between locations. Work closely with the CEO, department heads, and staff.
