We are currently collaborating with our client, B. Braun, one of the world’s leading health care suppliers and is in the Top 20 ranking of Medical Devices Companies. They are currently recruiting for a Part-time Pricing Support & SAP Projects. The role is a permanent position and hybrid. The position will ideally be all mornings per week, but potentially open on other part-time arrangements. This role reports to the Marketing and Sales Services Manager.
In this role your core responsibilities will include:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled person to join our growing team. This role will suit a self-motivated and strategic thinking professional, who will play an integral role in helping develop our effective utilisation of our SAP systems in line with the company’s strategic digital objective. The ideal candidate will have experience with using SAP in a sales processing, pricing, masterdata and stock consignment capacity.
Responsibilities:
Pricing Support
· Managing the pricing on SAP, including setting up new pricing and updating the SAP pricing system as required.
· Co-ordinating and facilitating changes of codes or contracts and pricing on SAP.
· Supporting and responding to Customer Excellence pricing queries.
· Investigating and responding to customer pricing queries.
· Seek process improvement of the pricing process.
SAP projects
· Adopt SAP improvement projects
· Support the implementation of SAP4Hana roll out.
· Manage SAP Masterdata updates as required.
· Actively participate with functional counterparts through all stages of planning and implementation of projects and programs.
· Seek efficiency and SAP process review for the Marketing and Sales Services team.
· Continuously learn and actively seek process and business knowledge that will enable you to provide the best support.
Additional
· Fulfilment of additional administration and sales support as required.
· Back up other team members during annual or sick leave as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· SAP experience and extensive knowledge is essential to the role
· The ability to prioritise and multitask, with excellent time management skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills including active listening.
· The ability to proactively analysis current processes and identify efficiencies and improvements.
· Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
· Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to validate work meets business needs/requirements.
· Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority.
· Consistently exhibits behaviour and communication skills that demonstrate B. Braun’s commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.
