This is that kind of position that is exciting even just at advertising and promoting stage. For one of our busiest and coolest Clients, based in Germany and precisely in the Financial & Commercial Capital (Frankfurt am Main), we are looking for a number of Partner Development Managers to join an existing and successful Team.
In this role, you will find yourself managing all business relationship activities for existing clients, while coordinating business development programs, calling plans to manage objectives and procedures, and analyzing relationship plan results and account activities to develop solutions. Not a hunting kind of role, more like a farming one, my kind of job opportunity. Yours too?
Main Responsibilities:
- You will convince new and existing sales partners for our Client's payment services and develop long-term relationships with them.
- You will be partially responsible for Leads generating, mainly converting inbound calls;
- You will further develop the partnerships by analyzing & understanding the needs in order to ensure the satisfaction of your partners.
- You will be responsible for ensuring fast and high-quality communication with partners and newly acquired customers.
Amongst the required Skills and Competencies, you will have:
- Total fluency in German with a discrete level of English (mainly for Training purposes);
- Previous experience in a sales or client-relationship role;
- Experience in the financial services or banking is an advantage, but not mandatory;
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team, having a strong time management;
I am not going to list all the benefits and perks that this position can offer, but let me tell you that no candidate will be disappointed what the Client is ready to give back in terms of rewards. However, you might be more interested in knowing that you can enjoy:
- A hybrid working time model (up to 3 days of home office possible);
- A modern working environment and free parking (a MUST these days!);
- A nice, friendly, relaxed (despite the nature of the role) atmosphere based on a Monday till Friday (9h00 - 17h00) 40 hours work week;
- Ongoing Training (mainly in German) with always new opportunities to grow both personally and professionally;
- A Spring start: March - April 2025, but Client can be flexible;
So, what is your next move? Apply or even just email me for ore info and I would be delighted to have a chat with you. Do not be intimated by the fact that the initial (the only one!) conversation will be in English: I am not a native speaker either and I love Germany, although i do not master the language.
