Payroll Specialist
Location; Oslo
A global business consulting company in currently looking to hire a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Oslo.
Your Profile
· 2+ years of experience in Norwegian payroll processing
· Experience working with international (offshore) teams
· Strong knowledge in coordinating payroll inputs and validation
· Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems like (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) and MS Office
· Excellent team player and stress-resistant
· Fluent in Norwegian and English
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records
· Coordinate activities with other client departments to ensure successful testing and implementation of tax updates, year-end testing on multiple or single payroll ERP for all regions
· Broad understanding and ability to research and interpret payroll laws
· Ensures compliance with applicable payroll tax and labour law requirements
