My client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their expanding team on a part time basis. This role offers strong benefits and a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, prepare, and process payroll for both hourly and salaried employees (weekly & monthly).
- Collaborate with HR, ensuring all relevant employee information is correctly reflected in payroll.
- Resolve payroll queries promptly, providing timely support to employees.
- Contribute to payroll process improvements, identifying efficiencies and best practices.
- Complete month-end payroll reports and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and submit CSO reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist with minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience
- Payroll qualification is preferred, but not essential
- An excellent understanding of Irish payroll processes, tax, and legal frameworks.
- Working knowledge of UK payroll is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of Sage.
