Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director of People & Culture
Location: Park West, Dublin
Type: Permanent, Full-time (39 hours/week)
Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

They are a leading voluntary organisation providing services and support to people with disabilities and their families for over 70 years.
About the Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of People & Culture and the wider team. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating resources, handling internal communications, and ensuring smooth operations. You will work closely with various teams to ensure effective service delivery both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for both internal and external queries.
- Manage the Director’s diary, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
- Track and process departmental invoices and expenses.
- Manage income protection applications and staff attendance records.
- Maintain HR policy updates and track staff compliance via Meta compliance software.
- Assist the Director in meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant at a senior level.
- Experience managing projects, meetings, and competing priorities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Diploma/certificate in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
