Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual assist the Managing Director, Chair and CEO with all aspects of day to day business operations
Responsibilities:
With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:
· Proactively monitor and manage emails and correspondence, drafting emails for review, bringing urgent matters forward for attention, and archiving emails as deemed appropriate
· Planning and coordination of diary’s and travel arrangements, monitoring industry events and arranging bookings based on organisational priorities
· Proactively manage day to day administrative and research tasks
· Working alongside company receptionist and providing support for event bookings, fire safety, ISO administration, facilities and systems tasks. Ensuring the reception desk is covered as appropriate.
Requirements:
· High level of proficiency in in Microsoft Office packages
· 2 years experience in a similar role within a busy office environment
· Experience supporting senior management teams
· Experience within a marketing environment would be advantageous
