Premises Officer
CPL have partnered with Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) to recruit for a Premises Officer (SO Grade) to join their team on a temporary contract, with possibility of extension.
· Pay Rate - £17.94 per/hr
· Location – DAERA, NI Protocol Premises/Facilities Team - Dargan Road Belfast
· Benefits – 37 days holiday per annum
· Hours – 37 hours per week
Officer will support the delivery of the DAERA operational readiness project and play an
integral part in the port operation team. Main jobs include: -
· Health and Safety – Fire precautions officer including testing, accident investigation, risk assessments.
· Maintenance – management of pre-planned & ad-hoc maintenance and contractors
· Customer Service – Managing visits to the building, contributing to user Group Committees including meeting with TUS, dealing with ad-hoc requests from staff, contractors and members of the public
· Management – staff, contract, financial, building control.
Essential Experience/Qualifications
· 1 years’ experience in a facilities management role gained within the last 5 years.
AND
· A full current driving licence enabling the licence holder to drive vehicles in Northern Ireland.
Relevant or Equivalent Qualifications
Applications will also be considered from applicants with relevant formal qualifications considered to be of an equivalent or higher standard to those stated.
