Immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Process Analyst to join my clients Transformation program, in delivering a specific Body of Work in Process Efficiency and Leans ways of working.
Skills required –
- At least seven years experience in a business process analysis role with strong business change project management capability
- Previous experience in the public or financial sector
- Experience in the change management aspects of new initiatives
- Project Management and Lean 6 Sigma accreditation – e.g. Yellow belt / Green belt
- Broad experience of process analysis techniques particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling
- Excellent workshop facilitation skills and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Plan your work, estimate assigned activities and deliver on commitments
- Ability to adapt quickly to inflight projects
- Professional, consultative, strong client facing skills
- Take a strategic view on the implications of the solution to be
- A good understanding of formal project management processes
