Procurement Manager – Professional Services - Fully Remote
An international software company has a new vacancy for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. Fully remote role. 12 month contract. Excellent culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Supplier Management:
- Lead the procurement process for professional services categories, including identifying and selecting suppliers, issuing RFPs (Request for Proposals), evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key service providers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance expectations.
- Develop and execute supplier performance reviews to ensure service levels and contract terms are met.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Lead the negotiation of terms, pricing, and service levels for professional services contracts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and legal teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure contracts are structured to protect the organization’s interests and deliver optimal value.
- Cost Management & Strategy Development:
- Monitor and manage professional services spend, ensuring the procurement strategy aligns with the company's overall financial goals.
- Spend Analysis
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies through vendor consolidation, strategic sourcing, and continuous process improvement.
- Implement best practices and standardized processes for procurement activities related to professional services.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams, including legal, finance, and department heads, to understand business requirements and recommend sourcing solutions that align with organizational needs.
Requirements:
6+ years’ experience in a Procurement / Sourcing role, ideally with a global software company or related
Expert in Procurement for a range of Professional Services eg Payroll, Consulting, Marketing, Accounting, HR
Third level qualification
Fully remote role - Candidates must be based in Ireland / Spain / Poland
