Project Coordinator- Content 6 Month Contract
Cpl Marketing Recruitment are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a Global Tech Company on a 6-month contract.
As a Project Coordinator you will work within the
Digital Customer Success team and collaborate with diverse, global,
cross-functional project teams to create, write and review customer-facing
content for priority initiatives. This will include reviewing GenAI written content, ensuring grammar, punctuation, tone-of-voice and accuracy, as well as creating new content, copy, blog posts, presentations or articles, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, product information and tone-of-voice.
Responsibilities:
· Provide content review and testing support for customer communications developed by generative artificial intelligence models
· Review new content generated by GenAI by focusing on the user details and context, and fixing inaccuracies to respect the overall theme and intent of the messaging;
· Create new content for digital customer success initiatives and/or customer-facing experiences, following brand guidelines, tone-of-voice and ensuring thought leadership or product information accuracy.
· Ensure style guides and language syntax requirements are met by resolving inconsistencies and errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and copy design;
· Source and validate all copy components such as resources, links, videos, and email copy;
· Follow established workflows to consistently track and report any inaccuracies to technical teams and support testing/content review sprints.
Qualifications required:
• Native or fluent English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Marketing, PR, Arts or another related field
• Proven experience as a writer/editor, copywriter, journalist, or content tester
• Experience with Generative-AI content creation (e.g., prompt building) and content management (e.g., prompt refinement or output reviewing)
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and experience managing fast-paced projects
