We have several opportunities for experienced level 8 academic Project Managers; Building Services, Architects / Technologies, Civil / QS / Surveyors etc for Capital Work Projects in and around Galway.
Our client, a Healthcare Provider is about to embark on an extensive and challenging 10 year programme of capital projects on an existing healthcare campus. Projects will include infrastructural upgrades, major new build projects and renovation / upgrade of existing buildings. We are seeking a number of senior and intermediate project managers to work in a newly established cross-disciplinary programme management team under the direction of the Programme Manager. The roles can be generally described as follows:
Capital Project Manager Roles – Client Side, Capital Works Galway (Healthcare)
Project managers will be responsible for managing their own designated projects throughout all stages of the Public Capital Works Management Framework / Spending Code in accordance with existing Employer protocols while also providing specialist input within their area of expertise across multiple projects.
We are seeking Project Managers who ideally have experience working in a client facing / client representing environment, either with a client body, with a project management or engineering consultancy. The roles may also suit people currently working on the Contractor side in project management or design coordination roles who are considering a move across to a client side position.
Senior PM's ; Salary Range Senior Role €76,000–€80,000 pa – with annual increments thereafter
Assistant PM: €57,000-61,500 pa – with annual increments thereafter
Long term contract roles initially 2 years with annual extensions thereafter (note projects are for 10 years in the current capital plans). Annual salary increments apply, working a 35hr working week, 30 Days Leave, plus bank holidays. Attendance on site in Galway required a minimum of 3 days a week.
