Immediate contract opportunities for Project Support Analysts to work with my client a major blue chip financial services firm.
You will work within the Onboarding Team, which is responsible for the effective and efficient onboarding of contracted resources for Change teams.
You will liaise across Enterprise Services (Programme and Project Delivery teams, Change Delivery Directors, Portfolio Engagement Leads, and Strategic Vendors Partners), Procurement, Data Solutions and IT Engineering to manage supply and demand.
You will be responsible for achieving optimal assignment of resources, adherence to sourcing strategies and optimising value for money with strategic vendor partners.
Skills required –
- A relevant primary or advanced University degree
- Project Management qualification
- Previous experience in FS/Banking environment
- Strong IT skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong data analysis skills including with identifying trends and insights
- Data Scripting and Data Clean-up skills / experience
- Strong Excel skills are critical
- Good communication and relationship skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, focusing on quality processes and results
- Excels at operating in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing business situations.
