We're on the lookout for a talented and meticulous Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our clients team supporting a major client in Cork. This role is perfect for someone with a strong grasp of REST APIs, automation testing, and analytical problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- REST API Testing: Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs (minimum 1 year required).
- Quality Assurance: Proven track record in QA roles (5–10 years).
- Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex issues with a logical and data-driven mindset (5–10 years).
- Automation Expertise: Experience with API automation tools and frameworks (2–5 years).
- Test Automation: Developing and maintaining automated test suites for APIs (2–5 years).
- Test Planning & Scripting: Designing test strategies and writing scripts from scratch (5–10 years).
- Functional Testing: Deep understanding of end-to-end functional testing (5–10 years).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong people skills to work across teams and communicate effectively.
