Cpl Recruitment have partnered with a successful global financial organisation to recruit a skilled QA Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality software for the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) project, focusing on implementing the Fenergo Fen-X platform. The role involves managing testing and test automation, developing the testing strategy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The QA Manager will collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the solution meets business needs and ensures regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce quality standards and testing processes for Fen-X implementation.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as AML, GDPR, and FATCA.
- Oversee delivery of testing across functional, non-functional, integration, and UAT phases.
- Develop and define the testing strategy for Fen-X, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
- Design test plans and scripts to cover all critical functionalities and business priorities.
- Identify, log, and escalate quality-related risks.
- Implement mitigation plans for issues affecting compliance or system stability.
- Act as the liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and vendors.
- Provide updates on testing progress to senior management.
- Oversee manual and automated test execution, including functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Ensure smooth integration of Fen-X with other systems, such as CRM and KYC tools.
- Perform regression testing to validate system stability.
- Track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring all issues are resolved before deployment.
- Ensure complete, defect-free, and audit-ready documentation.
- Lead the implementation of test automation for regression and integration tests.
- Oversee final quality checks before go-live.
- Provide post-implementation support to address any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on automation and project delivery.
- Experience with Fenergo Fen-X is essential
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) and finance (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
- Minimum stamp 4 Visa
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes, including KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in financial services and regulatory frameworks like MiFID II, FATCA, and GDPR.
- Expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UiPath), frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
- Strong data validation skills, including SQL and data migration.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployments (e.g., Azure, AWS) and performance testing tools.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to manage testing timelines and resources.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and vendors
Note: This is an initial 6 Month fixed term contract with a view for extension/permanency.
