Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with GMP/GLP standards.
• Review and approve batch records, deviations, and CAPA reports.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards to ensure regulatory compliance across departments.
• Support regulatory inspections and liaise with authorities on quality matters.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in a QA role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, ICH, and ISO guidelines.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving quality issues.
