Receptionist

Our client, a long-standing leading Sligo business are currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team. They are looking for some with a professional manner/presentation and will have some similar experience.
Responsibilities;
- Welcome and greet corporate clients, customers and visitors to the office.
- Manage the front desk keeping the reception area tidy.
- Efficiently manage the telephone switchboard, including call screening, forwarding and message taking.
- Coordinate appointments and manage team diaries
- General clerical duties, e.g. photocopying, filing, data entry, etc.
- Maintaining of office supplies and handling post and couriers.
Experience;
- Minimum of 1 year in admin or reception roles.
- IT Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong administration and organisational skills with a can-do attitude to work.
