Our Healthcare, Public Sector client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for a Recruiter to join their team for a 2 month contract. They offer hybrid working with three days onsite and two days working from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with multiple stakeholders to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for the various business demands. Potential vacancies include: Medical, Nursing, Health & Social Care, Management, Admin and Corporate.
Role Requirements:
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
· Design job descriptions and lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes.
· Utilise recruitment tools and provided innovative sourcing strategies.
· Attend career fairs and refine their Recruitment & Selection processes.
· Standardise candidate communication to improve the applicant experience.
· Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports
Experience Required:
· 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management, or related business area
· 2+ years’ experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition (In-House or Agency),
· Public service or Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
· Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
