Recruitment Administrator
Our client, an Education Institution is looking to hire a Recruitment Administrator on a full time 35 hours per week, initial 3 month contract with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support presentations, manage emails, take minutes, set up meetings, and arrange training events.
- Prepare monthly communications, handle HR queries, raise POs, and assist with recruitment processes.
- Generate monthly reports, HR dashboards, and ad hoc reports.
- Maintain HRBP and Employee Wellbeing webpages and assist with HR projects.
- Monitor and resolve HRIS queries.
- Support system improvements, develop training documentation, and lead HRIS testing.
- Ensure accurate HR information, maintain internal controls, and produce reports.
- Represent HR function, collate data for reports, and advise on HR policy compliance.
- Participate in interviews, assist with HR projects, and stay updated on employment law.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 subjects at Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
- Post-leaving certificate qualification in administrative/office technology.
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a busy office.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel), organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Desirable Skills:
- 1+ year of HR experience.
- C1 level in written and spoken Irish (assessment may be required).
