Recruitment Manager- Construction Professionals
Our client is looking for a recruiting manager to join the team focusing on the growth and development of professional hires within the construction sector. Location can be Cork or Dublin. This is a hands-on recruitment manager role.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business strategy challenges and focus recruiting efforts to align with requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Proactively review and refine processes to increase recruiter/hiring efficiencies, foster consistency, support a highly positive candidate experience.
- Be a champion and stay up to date with the latest recruiting trends.
- Lead talent team projects related to recruiting, hiring and onboarding.
- Provide reporting and metrics as needed by the business
Requirements:
- 5+ years recruitment expertise ideally in construction or other technical area.
- Strong record of success.
- Strong team management and ability to grow and train teams.
- Agency recruitment experience is preferred.
- Strong communications skills.
- High level of professionalism.
