Description
To support the Retail team in the achievement of targeted KPIs and objectives through the accurate maintenance of pricing, sales and system data and the effective analysis of key business reports.
Please note, this is a fixed-term contract for a period of 3-6 months only.
Summary of Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Data entry and product maintenance on various reports and retail systems.
• Improving data quality and accurate coding of products and pricing.
• Ensure that the product and price file is continuously and accurately maintained.
• Sales Importing, Reporting & Analysis
• Invoice imports, coding & checks
• Ensuring the quality and timeliness of all reports and files.
• Retail administration tasks.
• Support project work as required.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a commercial administration role
• Previous data entry and analysis experience, preferably in a retail environment with a good knowledge of systems, including Microsoft Office, excel etc
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly driven with a strong work ethic with a desire to take ownership & accountability and own initiative
• Strong attention to detail required
