The job, main duties and responsibilities
· Order Management, entry and evaluation
· Acknowledging customers with order receipts and scheduled ship dates
· Working closely with level 2 team on resolutions and making sure to meet customer needs
· Clear understanding of customer contracts and quotes related to terms, special instructions, revenue recognition for processing of orders
Skills and requirements
· Fluency in German and English
· Good knowledge of Excel (and preferably Salesforce or ERP Software/Oracle)
· Admin/office based experience
· Good attention to detail
What’s on offer
· Salary between 35,000 and 40,000 (Depending on Experience)
· Regular office working hours, Monday - Friday
· Permanent Contract, full time
