Sales Administrator in Dublin 15
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Junior Administrator in Dublin 15 on a temporary contract.
Responsibilities
To perform administration, customer service, internal support duties within our Sales & Purchasing department.
- Process all customer orders through Sage 50
- Physically process and despatch customer orders
- Liaise with courier company
- Handle customer queries in an efficient manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls, receive in post and deliveries, order stationery & sundry supplies
- Work closely with Purchasing administration. Order required customer stock in good time (using shortfall reports etc..)
- Support internal teams, Sales, Service, Marketing and Accounts
- Build good relationships with the Sales team and ensure they are kept up to date on any relevant customer queries or issues.
- Assist in the conducting of quarterly stock takes.
- Maintenance of stock room. Ensure the stock room is always clean and orderly and FIFO is always followed when processing customer orders.
- Manage stationery room and ordering stationery/canteen supplies for the company
- Any other duties assigned to you by your manager
Requirements
- 1+ years admin/reception experience working in a busy office environment.
- Strong communication experience.
- Strong IT skills including at least intermediate level at Excel and MS office.
- Experience using Sage50
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
