An award-wining hospitality technology business that provides (a range of international) clients with customer and employee engagement & reward services. We help our clients leverage the power of reward to capture new customers, profile them, influence their behaviour and drive repeat sales.
Responsibilities
- Inform and consult accommodation partners regarding their business performance, market opportunities and industry trends.
- Encourage hotel partners on how to use the back-end hotel system, tools and available products with the goal of enhancing the hotel performance on the platform and creating a wonderful experience for Coop customers.
- Regular benchmarking and monitoring of market competitiveness of our hotel programs.
- Keep up to date on current hospitality trends and constantly assess and propose new ideas to improve customer conversion and retention.
- Work closely with key personal to understand customer needs with data, identify gaps in our offerings and develop product requirements.
- Define key metrics, track them, and improve upon them.
- Together with the marketing team, create and execute the media plan and growth strategy for our markets in Scandinavia.
To thrive in this role, you must...
- Be fluent in Danish or Norwegian (C2 or Native) with a good knowledge of English (C1)
- Have experience working in sales environment with an accompanying bachelor's degree
- Be interested in learning more about the hotel industry than you already know
What's in it for you?
- Salary: €38,000 base salary per annum + 10% annual performance bonus + Benefits (TBC)
- Contract: Permanent Contract, Full-time
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, regular office hours
- Location: Hybrid model, 2 days in office location based in Dublin, Ireland
- Languages: English and Norwegian
