Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join their Global Onboarding Team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to deliver impactful training, improve onboarding programs, and collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance the experience for Sales and Customer Success teams. This is a 7-month contract with a hybrid model, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Responsibilities Required:
· Act as the co-regional Point of Contact (POC) for the EMEAL onboarding program, ensuring its successful delivery by facilitating virtual live sessions across various Lines of Business (LOBs).
· Lead operational improvement projects for the Global Onboarding program, including curriculum updates, microsite changes, communications, and reporting enhancements.
· Manage relationships with the COE (Center of Excellence) and onboarding teams. Provide consultative support on program content, workflow development, and project tools.
· Own and manage multiple concurrent work streams and projects, solving ambiguous problems, conducting analysis, delivering actionable insights, and executing solutions.
· Facilitate the onboarding experience for Managers, ensuring alignment with the broader program goals.
· Develop instructor-led training materials and eLearning content using tools like Articulate Rise, ensuring they support performance and digital adoption.
Experience Required:
· Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales and Sales Enablement, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects.
· Proven experience in facilitating virtual and in-person training sessions.
· Strong experience in building instructional materials and eLearning content (e.g., using tools like Articulate Rise).
· Demonstrated knowledge of performance support and digital adoption tools, such as knowledge bases and job aids.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational improvements and manage complex projects.
· Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to engage and communicate effectively with executive leaders.
· Sales and leadership development experience is preferred but not required.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
· Working knowledge of Project Management methods and the project lifecycle.
· Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
