Seeking an experienced and highly organised administrator to join a fast paced team in North Dublin.
The Role:
- Managing busy schedules of upper management
- Attend meetings, ensuring that meetings minutes are prepared and distributed after meetings in a timely fashion
- Sending weekly reports
- Sending timely invoices to clients
- Creating purchase orders
- Managing email inboxes and phone lines
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong IT skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Alternative systems knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
