Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, high-performance data processing solutions to support IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
- Utilize Scala, Spark, Python, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Cloud Storage, Dataproc, Cloud Functions) to develop and optimize data pipelines.
- Establish and maintain processes that ensure ongoing compliance with IFRS 15 regulations across all relevant projects.
- Partner with finance, accounting, and IT teams to integrate IFRS 15 requirements into existing workflows.
- Conduct thorough testing, document solutions, and ensure system reliability.
- Stay updated on IFRS 15 changes and proactively refine systems to maintain compliance.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in system development, with a strong focus on financial reporting standards, particularly IFRS 15.
- Programming: Python, Spark, Scala
- Cloud Platforms: GCP (Cloud Storage, Dataproc, Cloud Functions)
- ETL & Databases: Datahub, Centralizador, MySQL 8.0
- IFRS 15 experience is essential
