Responsibilities:
- Managing and taking full ownership of various end-to-end transformational projects that defines company's targeted operating model
- Providing ideas using problem solving methodologies (such as DMAIC/Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking)
- Cooperating with business experts, organizing meetings and workshops related to assigned projects
- Providing related topic insights and presenting proposals with high-level solutions to senior management (staffing needs, learning & development trainings, development of functional system workflow solutions for sophisticated business processes, etc.)
- Defining key metrics to process improvement and report on progress
- Collaborating with the team on operational strategy and implementation plan
Requirements:
- University education (completed Bachelor's or Master's degree specializing in business, related technology, or equivalent combination of education and/or directly related work experience)
- Strong understanding of Project Management, Lean Six Sigma and Organisational Change tools & techniques
- Experience in conducting Rapid Improvement Events and workshops
- Understanding of insurance business is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills combined with Confidence, Accountability, Global perspective and Solution-oriented attitude
- Strong leadership, problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally 3-4 times a year
- C1+ English proficiency (speaking & writing)
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
