My client in the tech space has an immediate requirement for a Senior Payroll Analyst.
Hybrid working – Dublin 2.
Reporting to our Global Payroll Manager ( US based), the primary role will be managing day to day payroll processes and ensuring that all Ireland employees are paid correctly and on time.
Initially a contract role with high likelihood of permanency for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have:
· 5+ years of EMEA (IE ) payroll processing experience for small to midsize organizations
· Highly Proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas)
· Strong systems knowledge, including the ability to quickly learn new systems
· Problem solver, you like to prioritize tasks and get scrappy to resolve last minute issues that arise
· Be highly self-motivated, have a great work ethic, and can work both autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
· Some experience of Workday is vital.
