As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced sales executive that wants to take one step further in their professional career.
This is a unique opportunity to manage and lead one of our field sales team, driving them towards remarkable success. As a Senior Sales Executive you will play a key role within our sales structure, your main responsibilities include:
· Achieve your monthly sales target for your own team
· Train and support salesmen (special focus on new joiner Month 1 or 2)
· Implement and promote the Verisure culture within the team, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.
· Understand and improve main sales performance KPIs
· Organize field training with your team members regarding our sales method
· Motivate, train, and support the salesforce, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
The individual will manage a team consisting of Newbies, Juniors and Veterans and will provide guidance and support for their professional development and optimizing their performance.
