We are seeking a Senior TMO Portfolio Delivery Manager to oversee transformation programs and projects within our portfolio. This role will focus on strategic leadership, stakeholder collaboration, governance, benefits management, and driving continuous improvement across allocated initiatives. The position is pivotal to advancing WBA’s transformation goals and requires expertise in portfolio management, change management, and strategic alignment.
This is a hybrid position based in our Dublin 2 offices.
Job Description
What you will do:
- Manage allocated programs and projects within the transformation portfolio, ensuring milestones are achieved and benefits delivered.
- Collaborate with the Head of TMO to advance the project portfolio roadmap, aligning with strategic objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of the transformation (change) management and benefits management strategy.
- Maintain governance standards across assigned programs and projects, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Track and report on KPIs to support benefit realization and alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions for completed programs and projects to improve future portfolio performance.
- Maintain and monitor the portfolio’s RAID log, ensuring risks, actions, issues, and decisions are documented and addressed effectively.
- Manage the change control process for assigned programs, ensuring changes are evaluated and approved before implementation.
- Produce performance reports and status updates, providing insights into trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with the creation and refinement of policies, processes, and operational procedures within the TMO.
- Together with the Head of TMO conduct sessions focused on ideation, problem-solving, design thinking, and creative approaches to foster an environment that encourages out-of-the-box thinking and collaboration.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure the accuracy and suitability of project artifacts and templates.
- Conduct program assurance activities, including compliance reviews and stakeholder feedback collection.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and leveraging stakeholder insights.

- At least 5 years of experience in portfolio or program management.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including benefits realization.
- Certifications such as CAPM, PRINCE2, PMP or other relevant project management credentials preferred.
- A proven track record of managing complex programs and delivering measurable business value.
