We are recruiting for a German speaking Site Acquisition Consultant for a fast-paced, international environment. You must be the type that thinks big and want to be part of a team. In this position you will be responsible for sourcing new locations and negotiating rental agreements with landlords for mobile phone antennas on behalf of our clients.
The Site Acquisition Consultant can look like:
- Searching for suitable antenna locations and identifying potential stakeholders.
- Visiting identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports.
- Successfully negotiate and sign lease agreements with landlords.
- Maintaining up-to-date information in our database.
- Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals.
Requirements
- Native-level German and good English proficiency.
- Ability to travel throughout Germany for business.
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
- Sales or negotiation experience.
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.
