Semi State, 15 month contract - Solicitor
Maternity cover role, hybrid working (WFH/Newtownmountkennedy office)
The role will be responsible for managing the processing of all appeals under the Access to Information on the Environment Regulations (AIE Regulations) lodged with the Office of the Commissioner for Environmental Information. The role will suit a qualified solicitor with 2 + years PQE in either litigation, corporate governance, regulatory and/or data governance.
- Lead High Court appeals relating to the AIE regulations
- Manage the processing of all appeals
- Preparation of legal submissions and respond to queries to the OCEI
- Provide legal advisory - corporate/regulatory and compliance issues/disputes
