Role Overview: Account Executives have a significant impact on prospects and our company’s trajectory. They are product experts who close deals with the right customers, ensuring their success. AEs manage the entire sales cycle independently, handling multiple prospects simultaneously. Top performers close over 70% of opportunities, forecast accurately, and manage their territory effectively.

- Build the client base
- Manage pipeline and develop long-term strategies

- Guide and support new Account Executives
- Expand skill set through adjacent tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish Speaker
- 2+ years of experience with net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement in MarTech SaaS sales
- Experience selling to C-Suite/Marketing personas and knowledge of Ecommerce/Retailers/Brands
- Experience in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Motivated by exceeding goals, resilient to rejection, and embracing failure as a learning opportunity
- Strong growth mindset and continuous improvement
- Skilled in influencing and relationship building
- Encouraging, thoughtful, engaging, and energetic team player
- Full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions
