Cpl Healthcare are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join to assist patients/clients with communication and swallowing disorders. Your primary focus will be maximizing their communication and nutritional outcomes through assessment and diagnosis, direct intervention, and providing education, advice, and support to patients/clients, family members, and relevant others, including treating teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
- Provide direct intervention to patients/clients with speech and swallowing difficulties.
- Offer education, advice, and support to patients/clients, their families, and relevant individuals involved in their care.
- Collaborate with treating teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients/clients.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Engage in student supervision, teaching, and mentoring opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient/client progress.

Join a team of approximately 20 Speech Pathologists working across a wide range of clinical specialties at Hospitals, based at one of two sites. Details of Appointment:
- Permanent, full-time position (76 hours per fortnight) with flexible negotiation options.
- Commencement date: as soon as possible.
Salary: $67,867 to $102,493 per annum + 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging.
Access to a range of benefits, including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year, and other eligible benefits.
Professional Development Allowance of up to $1,000 per annum with the ability to accrue funds for up to five years.
