Supply Chain Project Manager - Cork

Our client, a world leader, based in Cork is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead a critical MES EBR deployment project and oversee the continued rollout of Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the MES EBR project, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline.
- Managing cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and geographies, with a focus on seamless integration and dependency management.
- Overseeing project plans, resource allocation, and milestones using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
- Utilizing Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies to drive project success.
- Handling budget management, including CapEx/OpEx understanding, accruals, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Proactively identifying and managing project risks, escalating issues as needed.
- Driving effective collaboration through tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
- Delivering presentations and updates to executive management and steering committees.
- Supporting organizational change management with a focus on MES systems.
- Ensuring end-to-end documentation, training, and compliance for all phases, from design to go-live.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as a seasoned Supply Chain Project Manager with experience in delivering large-scale technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of MES systems and organizational change management.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in global project deployments, managing interdependencies across geographies.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting, including accruals and invoicing.
- Expertise in creating detailed project plans with dependencies and resource allocation.
- Risk management skills with the ability to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
