Supply Chain Project Manager - Product Launch

The Project Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for the end-to-end project management of all Supply Chain activities to successfully launch a new sports drink, developed in conjunction with a global sports superstar, into all identified markets. This role will lead co-ordination & management of strategic sourcing, planning, technical services, contract manufacturing and packaging development.
Accountabilities:
- Formation of correctly constituted project teams with clarity on project deliverables, timelines and interdependencies.
- Monitors the movement of raw materials, in-process goods, or completed merchandise.
- Identify, develop, and implement processes that support effective project completion.
- Lead co-ordination & management of strategic sourcing (including co man selection), planning, technical services, contract manufacturing and packaging development.
- Effective communications & reporting processes to all stakeholders

- 100% OTIF Execution of Innovations and Renovations - Tier 1 Projects
- 100% Projects Lessons Learned - Tier 1 post-mortem reviews
- Stage Gate process adherence / 100% completed Gate papers
Own:
- Project status communications, Steerco updates and Issue Tracking & Resolution reporting.
Influence:
- Support the Project Team, coordinate the packaging pre-press process from review to release suppliers, recipe compliance by market, prioritisation of critical path activities.

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG within Supply Chain and/or Product Development / New Product Launches
- Demonstrable experience of change management & product delivery
- PMO software experience; PPM and PowerBi experience a plusCSCMP or CSCP certification preferred.
